Image on the Homepage direct to post not on the imagehost

Does anyone knows a plugin that can make the homepage's cover image direct the click to the post itself when the cover image is click?

And also when the you are in the post itself clicking again the image will now direct you to the imagehost.

Like in this site:

pornfactor.net

comparing to:

adultbay.org

When you click the cover image on the homepage of that first site, you go directly to the post compared to the second site.

Hope that there's some kind of plugin to make the work easier TIA.

I mean, the first site when you click the cover image, it will direct you to the post comparing to the next site, when you click the image on its homepage, it will direct you to the imagehost..
