hey..........
the contest is over.... because i won it 2 weeks ago....
but i am still waiting for my payments......
which have been decided to be 70$...after

i have completed all work (logo,3 banners,envelope,business card,letter head) 15 days ago...... and he's all satisfied with my work
occul7 is giving me only dates of payments.... that i will be paid today......tomorrow...... and so on
what could i do now......to get my payments from him......

please help me.....

I having the same problems with 0ccul7, he is a staff of WorldWideXS and i ordered a dedicated server 5 days ago, well since 3 days ago, he told me every day like he did to you, i go to delivery the server today, the next day he says tomorrow, the next day the same and so every day...

Hope that you can get your money...
