Could you please give me your point of view about those money transfert systems ?
I'm looking something close to Paypal.
Is there any fee from them ? Is there something I need to be aware of ?

Gossimer.com Shop.Gossimer.com Support.Gossimer.comwebmoney is definatly the best, low transaction fees and widely accepted, Alertpay is good as well but the payments can be reversed and the fees are higher. webmoney offers the security and low fees you are probably looking for in a payment processor.

If you planned to withdraw funds in your local country or near your home in your local currency....??? then Webmoney ftw
find a broker(easy to find, because most are corporate) in your area and reach the office, transfer money to his account, get money in your local currency in cash in 5 minutes..
Transfer fees:
Webmoney:
payer or sender pay the fees as default, eg: if you send $10 means, fees is $0.08, so total spending is $10.08
but the receiver receive full amount , that is $10 (no fees is imposed on them)
Alertpay:
both payer and receiver pay (fixed fees + transaction fees)
so Webmoney ftw in terms of feees/reliability.
Security:
1)
Webmoney is some what a russian firm or related to russia/ukraine, so they don't sniff like USA govt, more than 1000% safe than paypal/alertpay in terms of privacy (paypal doesn't have any privacy option, will give full transaction data to government)
2)
they use id's, not email id or something like paypal and alertpay, that is zxxxxxxxxxxxxx , so it even doesn't disclose the email id of both sender and receiver, so you can understood it's privacy level in this small id itself
