Honestly,
Just for your sake of having a chance at a successful warez forum,
Get a different layout
Trust me...I swear I have seen 100 different warez sites with that layout, and even more in different colors.

For me personally, at first glance, your site doesn't appeal to me, which in turn,
doesn't really convince me to want to be a mod at your site
