Buy vps with us and the full hosthet.com name.

He have use worldwidexs on many forums open accounts with this name and try to sell.



Have have open an paypal account with the name from one off my partners also CEO from worldwidexs so he have full copy all.

Selling 500GB space on a VPS from 75GB possible?



We have "suspended" his VPS now and he ask Hosthet.com back. We going to look with the full team from worldwidexs off we will give hosthet back or keep it down.



When you give reseller accounts and say free WHMCS and you give a nulled copy you are bad for the hosting companys.



So tell me your idea what are you doing when this is happend to you?
Suspended for life?
He need to move the domain?
Or ??

Well contact a lawyer then. Obviously you've tried to talk to the guy first. If that didn't work, get a cease and desist order sent.

Edit:

Wait. He bought it from you as you say. What is the problem? Its not yours. If he is using something else like a license or whatever, you have no right to get a domain back.

Your problem lies with your management. You need a better hiring process, but either way. Shit happens.
