I think you mean server provider... and you will never need unmetered ever! - I upload for a big site and well... I use less than 10TB/month... and that's with seeding huge packs... also no hosting company allows warez hosting... some just choose not to notice it

Totally agree with fatfighter, people will ignore it... but they wont allow it (since it's illegal for them to allow it).

PrivateLayer don't care (for example) .. but they have in their terms they will ask you to remove it if they get a DMCA notice.

Try host in a Ukraine country or some Asian country (internet is very expensive in the east though)
