I'm looking for Moderators, Posters, Publishers and Members :)

As always, I'm asking for a lot from KWWH. I am looking for Moderators, Posters and Publishers for a new Forum Project that I am looking to get started at the end of this month.

The forums will be based on sharing guides, tutorials as well as a community section for general chatting. The main goal of the forum is to generate an income for the publishers as well as the forum board. This will be done through Google adsense.

The guides posted on the site will automatically publish on the internet but will also be added to a moderation queue where, if accepted, the publishers advert (their google adsense code or any other form of advert) will be added to the main body of their thread.

It's a good idea, so please don't tell me otherwise I am running it on a smaller forum but it's on a much tighter niche (It only generates around ?600-700 a month(?400 of which is being paid out to publishers) so the idea was to start a second which is more broader in topics and hopefully in return will provide both the forum and posters a nice return.
