LE with PR3 Tutorial Blog

I am looking do few LE's with similar/closely related blogs. My site - http://www.tutfreak.com is about online tutorials.

Site is PR3, Alexa is about 585k and receives about 100 UV per day (pretty new site).

I will only accept similar niche sites, strictly no warez sites. Post here if you are intrested. I will give you the code to add.

And yes, the link will be "dofollow" and i expect the same from you as well.
