I am a huge wrestling and MMA fan and I was thinking about starting my own website where users would pay a one time fee ($10) to download all the wrestling/MMA media they want for a lifetime. Instead of using file hosts, I would purchase some dedicated servers to store all the media on. The members would be downloading from the servers at their max ISP speed with no captchas or waiting times.

Would this be a bad idea considering that I am living in the USA and Im basically creating a warez site? If not, how should I go about this and what other advice do I need?
