You can download/restore a db backup via mysql or mysqldumper or even cPanel.

But i think Smf backup will not work on vbulliten ! so how to do that !

Rofl. You need to run a script called Impex which coverts your SMF into vBulletin. You can get this from the members area on vBulletin.com

Impex is free if you have a licensed vBulletin. Maybe you might be able to find a nulled one but I doubt it.

a better option is to login into vbulletin or IPB and go in support forums.. there search for SMF to IPB/vbulletin convertors.. i am sure there are many.. these are very highly used forum softwares..
