Has this occurred on a previously working vbulletin forum, have you made any changes recently, what were they? Do you know how you could reproduce this error on a different vbulletin forum?
So kiss me and smile for me, say that you'll wait for me <'3

Try to revert all the changes you made and turn of all plugins.

Could be connected to the language you have changed, set english as default and see if anything changes. If not, find the header template in the Styles & Templates, and see if there are those characters above the logo code.

If you already tried disabling all plugins, you should upload "tools.php" to admincp folder from "do_not_upload" folder and reset default language (go to yoursite.com/admincp/tools.php), as your posting problem really sounds like bad language pack.

Can you tell me how to fix this:
To delete and make the forums again ?
I want to manually translate the main page and profile page. Which to edit ?
