http://wrzc.org/type-ddl are the top by traffic. I know Phaze is down at the moment but this has happened before and I believe it will be back again which is why it's still on the list.
Noboby really submits to iLoad.to as it's German but it's a great site.

Yes, PhazeDDL is definitely gone this time. It was just matter of time, with such poor and lazy administration.

Top DDL(s) are Twilight and Zunox at the moment.

Mr Happy, they are down for good this time. One of the phaze admins told me that.

That Phaze admin is Santacool who talks more shit that QuickSand and rko combined. He's the same guy who said it the last time Phaze was offline for a few weeks and the same guy who said PhazeDDL was getting a skin redesign two years ago AND the same guy who's had multiple accounts banned on KWWHunction. He told me that's it's gone for good which is the the main reason I don't believe it's gone as the opposite happens to almost everything he says.
This is where it gets even funnier though. He's not an admin. He's an admin on Phaze Forum and doesn't have anything to do with the DDL which is what he told me the last time I talked to hime. I do like the guy. He's funny and means well but you just can't believe what he says which is a pitty.

I'll unapprove it from the list so its not viewable to guests but it will still record data for when it returns for the sake of clarity to the list.

good list but kinda shitty.. a few months back there were a few DDL sites running with about half million visits per day and now there's not even one with at least 100k visits a day..

Usually them sites are the ones with low alexa ranks.
