About Instant Dedicated

Instant Dedicated is part of the 24x7 Holding B.V. group. The group contains the following companies:

Instant Dedicated - providing unmanaged VPS / Dedicated servers
Server Boost - providing managed VPS / Dedicated servers
Global Layer - providing value-added IP services
CloverNet - providing high volume transit on 10 Gbit or higher connections

The goal of Instant Dedicated is to keep her clients satisfied and let them know we are there for them. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and that's also the reason why you can contact us 7 days on 7 for support, even on weekends. We are daily available from 9am until 9pm GMT+1 and in the weekends you can contact us from 9am until 5pm GMT+1.


Datacenter and network

Instant Dedicated is located in a Tier 3 datacenter in Alblasserdam (The Netherlands). We have our own office there to provide our customers 7 day on-site support if needed.
We have placed our equipment in our own racks in a private corridor with room for 38 racks. We are not a reseller and own all the hardware. The network contains only the best connections like: AMS-IX, Global Crossing, Level3, etc.

The network connectivity is done by Global Layer and setup fully redundant with Brocade routers in the core. Global Layer has multiple POPs (Point of Presences) to guarantee a very high network uptime to us. We also understand that every minute down is a minute too much!
