Picture shown on linkshare on FACEBOOK

Does anyone know .. how you can alter the image shown when your link is shared on facebook ?
Cause when my link is shared now it shows a picture of a video thumbnail but i would like it to show my logo .
Any ideas ?

thats for my site. just alter it im too lazy
