First of all from design perspective, the site looks way 90's.
Also it looks cluttered, for example you could make some space by using drop down in categories.
Also, you have put stuff like about us, contact us on the very top. These type of stuff are clicked like 1 in 1000 times and you have put them in a good heat map zone. Try putting priority stuff on the top. Imagine yourself as the customer and then think what you want on the top. Personally, i would have wanted different categories on the top and their sub categories in the drop down. Also the affiliates are given much importance in the side bar, they should be at the bottom.
