I need to fill out my own portfolio and as well as improve my skills on html and css so I am doing PSD to HTML5+CSS+CSS3 on cheap rates (Yes I'm Serious.).

PSD to:

1. Wordpress - $20 minimum
2. PHP Pages/Static HTML - $5 minimum

What can I include:

• JQuery & Ajax
• Make it Responsive (Theme can adapt on different screen sizes ex. Tablets, Smartphones)

All Pages will:

• be Search Engine Optimized
• pass the W3 Markup Validation.
• be optimized for minimal page load

Time of completion will vary on the design, maximum of 1 week.

Yes, completely table-less. Unless it's a tabular data then there's no reason not to use a table.
