I calculate my site price only 1 year income
$2500*12 = $30000

If any person expense $500-600 and start a file hosting site then he can earn from premium minimum $1500 from this site only.

I think $30000 is not high price for my site.
If you think 3 digit like $5000 is my site price than it is only 2 months revenue.

the traffic is mainly from Asian countries, so I think for this price it won't move since the buyer will only be from any of these countries.

I had thought myself or maybe you can invite a partner to join your site so you will have your need for cash and you can keep the site too.

The site's value is usually calculated from last 6 months revenue and not one year. Don't get ripped off.

If you're buying, ask him revenue proofs for last couple of months ( yes, atleast two months ). So if he have earned 3000$ ( 1500$ x 2 months), the site value is 10,000$ - 12,000$
