Default Looking for an FTP supporting site for backup purposes ..

Hi guys ... I'm want a filesharing site where I can upload my own stuff and from where I can download ... I'm not looking for any affiliate programs ..

    Here are my requirements:

    1) Should support FTP upload (must!)
    2) Should allow simultaneous premium download from at least 2 locations using same premium account ! (must!)
    3) Should have fast upload speeds in the US
    4) Should be a reliable service which is up 99% of the time ..

    Any recommendations ?

^^ Fileserve and Filesonic were what I used till now, but I dont want to use them anymore because of the legal problems they're facing ...

EDIT: Fileserve also does not allow premium downloading using same premium account from multiple locations simultaneously ..

^^ Wupload's FTP service recently got disabled for some reason .. You can still upload, but your uploads don't show up in their file manager, so there's no way to get their download links ..
