Weird Dmca

I just got this comment on my site ( Comment was posted on the page where I put DMCA text, there is email where they can send DMCA, but instead of sending me an email they posted a comment):

To whom it may concern:
We?ve noticed that your bot, D**** Hack Tool, infringes with us. This bot is fake and we ask that you take it down along with all videos. If not, we are warning to get this site shutdown. You will be given 7 days from today to take it down. You?ve been warned.

The email is real and belongs to that company, john(@)backflip*.com
My site is hosted in Russia and domain is bought at name.com. This hack tool is not hosted on my hosting, I use file hosts.

What should I do about this?

just take it down from the filehost and inform them about it.

It is not easy when that file is making me $50-$100 per day.

But I will probably have to do that.

It sounds illegal. Consider yourself lucky for making anything on it and delete the file. You've made enough on something you shouldn't have "earned" anything off of.

Ignore it unless they write a message to your hoster. He will ask you to remove it if necessary

search your access log for the posters IP range and see if you site is being trawled by some agency & block any suspect Ips.
Also you could block certain keywords from showing in search results.

I agree. Maybe you in Russia. But if your DC not support your server will be gone soon.

I really don't know, I don't host any kind of files, and I really don't see how this infringe with them.
