Since your system is optimized as PPS, and not as PPD, why not add the option to reserve certain files to premium members only ?

I usually make file in 1 part 1.1GB so free user has to upgrade

you could have done more test or have waited a bit if speeds were slow

Very difficult to upload, I have refreshed many times, it makes me tired

this is an acceptable result, I tried refreshing a lot to gain speed
