Post Megaupload - True Story - Spy Report

Guys you wanna know the real reason of killing megaupload platform?

Media all over the world telling people that MU was closed because of violating a number of piracy laws, money loundry and other blah, blah, blah, (maybe they were also terrorists, I dont know , maybe) ...

But true is much more different, - MegaBox.

    Megabox - music locker

The case which I will describe here shows that Megaupload has developed a new, highly effective business model that would be a huge competition for the labels like Sony Music, Universal and other music companies.
MegaBox is now part of a growing conspiracy theory over why MegaUpload was so abruptly shut down.

Megaupload was planning to launch a cloud-based music locker (Megabox) - digital download store where artists could sell their songs, works, without huge commissions for big studios, labels like Universal Music. Going deeper , - "Megabox will allow artists to sell their creations directly to consumers while allowing artists to keep 90 percent of earnings !" - said to TorrentFreak Kim Dotcom in last year ...

And, it was being positioned as a major stab at major labels, particularly MegaUpload nemesis Universal Music Group. "They don't understand that the rip-off days are over," Kim Dotcom told Torrentfreak. "Artists are more educated than ever about how they are getting ripped off and how the big labels only look after themselves."

The big change in the meaning of the business, which Kim Dotcom wanted to introduce was payment system and method of earning - instead of charging artists, Schmitz wants to pay artists - even for free downloads.

He said ,- "We have a solution called the Megakey that will allow artists to earn income from users who download music for free...", "Yes that's right, we will pay artists even for free downloads. The Megakey business model has been tested with over a million users and it works."

The interesting thing is that already in beta testing phases some major rappers were already making money off of MegaKey, and rumors also point to development efforts by incoming CEO Swizz Beatz. Which sort of corresponds to what Busta Rhymes was angrily tweeting.

"1st of all I am soooo proud of my brother @THEREALSWIZZZ 4 being apart of creating something (MEGAUPLOAD) that could create the most powerful way 4 artists 2 get 90% off of every dollar despite the music being downloaded 4 free..."

MegaBox, was already up in beta with listed partners Amazon MP3, 7digital, Gracenote and Rovi in december 2011.

We all remember Megasong case, when Schmitz was filing suit against Universal Music Group inking Swizz Beats into the CEO chair, and showing the world a contract signed with will.i.am. It was an all-out-war, that is, before the US Government dropped its game-ending bomb.

Even then, we started to notice that the big labels can do whatever they want without major consequences. As you can see the whole game with music labels mafia is extremely dangerous, - why - because their ally is Big Brother.

But remember guys it's all just a big theory ... Maybe "they" were also terrorists, I dont know , maybe ... [trollface]

Mods please don't delete this thread, it take me some time to write that scribble ... My English is still poor :/

The whole mega-corp story doesn't seem like a "usual" DMCA issue. There's definately a story behind the scene's. Hope we'll find out the truth soon enough...
