Need a vps for a torrent tracker

I need a vps for torrent tracker. I tried two popular vps hosts but

for the first
i get some errors regarding the file and folder permissions.

for the second
they block some ports

I prefer the vps to be at Netherlands.

Any of you have tried any hosts for torrent tracker ?

http://www.server.lu seems more proffesinal than http://hosthatch.com/ but is more expensive. I dont want invites.. at http://www.torrent-invites.com/ they have discussions like that ?

Ah, i just saw at hosthatch a vps [Hatch-VDS 10Gbit FR]. It will have much difference than a 2Gbit at netherlands ?
