i got a little problem in vbulletin

there is a forum
which has html urls
but they r all dead(that means all the 17,854 threads)

how to convert back to displaying the gud ol' site normally

Have you installed any plugins recently? if so try to remove them and see what happens.

Have you installed the themes properly?

I really didn't understand the problem you have.

Also I believe this is the wrong section for this post.

Post in which way the html links are there ? ( like /category/threadid.html ?etc....)
and also disable vBSEO ..and check your .htaccess ..and make sure that it matches with the one which comes with vBSEO..
