Just to let you know...India & US has signed Extradition long back...

Heard of a case.. Last year july..a Computer Engg student Kalpesh Patel was arrested for running a Hindi Music download site..He owned Server somewhere in Singapore..the complain was filed by IMI (Indian Music Industry)...India is not safe harbor.
Agree, unlike in US..we don't get screw for downloading warez but this doesn't mean you are safe uploading US companies stuffs.. the Indian Cyber cell will act on US/FBI request to screw you.
US & India Entertainment Industry is bitch..they won't let you go free if you fuck them & don't pay.
