Whereas I will advice you to remove the website ASAP because such types of the websites are not allowed to be operated in the Republic of India, you can be executed under the IT Act of 2000 if appropriate complaint is made against you.

Its my advice you must talk to the complaining party and remove the content and stop them from filing a legal complaint.

Yes Pirated stuff is also not allowed but people don't pay much attention to it because its widely spread and can't be stopped.

But Indian Govt. is strict about the Pornographic content. Its unethical for them and hence unconstitutional too.

And about moving to Russian servers or any other offshore server,please be informed as the complaint says that they are figuring our your IP, if they find your IP and file a case against you in the State of India, you won't be able to escape, because till the time you stay in India this stuff is not allowed. So if you are an India citizen please feel guilt to the complaint filler and remove whatever content he says, it would be great for you.

Important Point - If you have a firm believe that the owner of Kirtu.com and velamma.com are also residents of India then just tell them what they are doing is also Illegal.And tell them both of us (you and him) are on the same boat if he will throw you out you too can throw him out.

Friends please don't get offended reading this but it is important.

There are a lot of porn sites on the internet and people enjoy them, they say its fair and nothing is wrong in it. Publicly we cannot view those websites, not in from of our parents and family.

And how idiotic it seems, 18+ only people above 18 can enter, just writing that do you really think the person would stop ? Several spoil their lives surfing through these websites, for minors it results in lack of concentration towards studies, health problems etc.

Many get inspired by surfing such websites and misbehave with the female counterparts.
And above all, people make stories of "a brother had sex with her sister" how unmoral this is dear friends. The person who could never think of his sister like that would get inspired to think so, this is a shame for us.

Can you every enjoy sharing your wife with some other person? If someone would say something bad about your sister...we all know how it feels !

But when it comes to us ? Its fair every time.Its in our hands dear friends, we are good people just we need to look into our hearts.

And anyways we were early men some day and we used to be nude that time, so whats wrong in watching porn then ?
