My website was completely legal when advertising Crowd Gravity. As per commission based (lawyers), they have nothing to do with how the money was made and as per country laws are different.
I have even spend money on PPC programs to make a profit with crowd gravity and I'm sure there are others who have promoted crowd gravity without "warez" or at least grey activities.
I do however understand that a lawyer of any kind will cost loads and especially overseas. This probably does not work but the least we can do is put some pressure on the company.
Pressure is sometimes all it takes to get them to at least consider paying out the money that is rightfully ours.
Also please understand that Usenet providers have been legal in my country up till now, and this will most likely stay that way.
This company was hosted in my country and there by liable to a part of our law. This makes the case a lot more interesting.
PS: We are not talking about a few hundred bucks here, please don't make statements if you haven't earned a decent amount with this company in the month of January.

@Wau
If u live in the same country as them then thats really good and if u are saying there is no issue if Usenet providers are in your country then i guess u can file a case in the court easily and yes as i said before and ur saying it too that there is alot of $ involved in suing them or doing something like that
so if they live in your country i would advice u to call them or even visit them saying that u will file a lawsuit against them and because of that they might get afraid and pay you your due and u will also save your $ from not hiring a lawyer

Crowd Gravity was a serious company...
I've promoted several other sorlike services like friendlyduck, peerclicks, data-cash, cashoogle... so let's be honest here....
Crowd Gravity was converting like 500% better, great support and never missed one payment. They shutdown their service after the megaupload raid because they also operating from the USA.
and yes... I didn't received my last payment either but since the've been honest with me I see no reason to sue them.
