Torrent download speeds?

i have a private trackers(ipt,tl,hdt) and on utorrent speed is terrible no more than 5mb/s even 500kb/s on 1gbit server.

I have been using these sites over the years but I have never face off kind of this problem.I think you are not power user or you have a connection limitation, otherwise it is impossible not to over 5mb/s with these trackers.

max i ever leeched from single torrent is 20MB/s on 1 gbps connection in ipt

torrent client is blocked in my campus so i cannot doenload by utorrent or a client any way to unlock it tell me.
