Where to sell DSTT and R4 cards

Just going through my old stock that i sell on eBay and Amazon and came across a few DSTT cards.

eBay and Amazon wont allow them to be sold on their any more, I do have domain names for this niche ie revr4.co.uk etc etc but I really cant be arsed to build a site for it, as that would mean i would need to restock and go through the advertising etc etc

So is their any other platform for me to shift these on?
