    UPDATED info below;
    C&P Radiator

    Quote:
It's my understanding that any domain that ends in .com and another ending (either .info or .net, I can't remember), have their services routed through a company in Phoenix U.S.A. It makes no difference where the actual server is located, it uses the services of the company in Phoenix. The English guy who is being extradited to the USA for linking to copyright infringing websites, is not being extradited because his server was in the USA, but because the traffic from his server was routed through the USA. The U.S. justice department are saying that copyrighted material was routed through an American company, and therefore the person concerned can be tried under U.S law. The English guy is not being prosecuted in England, there is no case to answer under English law. It would seem that any country who has an extradition treaty with the USA, are obliged to extradite their citizens to the USA to be prosecuted for using USA companies to distribute copyrighted (Warez) material, even if they didn't know that their traffic was being routed through A US company.
    END QUOTE

So basically, any filehosting companies owner, who's website ends in .com, .net or the other one (I wish I could remember it), can be prosecuted under US law, no matter where they live, if their country has an extradition treaty with the US, and that's why they are all suddenly getting jittery.
    END

    UPDATE 26 Jan

These are the Filehosts many Uploaders are using so far

    netload.in

extabit.com NO (NOT SAFE, ties to the US)
turbobit.net (NOT SAFE, ties to the US)
letitbit.net (NOT SAFE, ties to the US)
Shareflare.net (NOT SAFE, ties to the US)
depositfiles.com (NOT SAFE, based in the US)

    Rapidshare.com (No affiliations for sites+
NOT SAFE, ties to the US))

    uploaded.to

    Quote:
    "Not available to US IPs
Our service is currently unavailable in your country (US). Sorry about that.
    "
    END

    More info from popperslist (Thanks)

    C & P

    Quote:
Even without SOPA, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE) has already launched extradition proceedings against Richard O'Dwyer in the UK. O'Dwyer hosted the TVSHack.net website which had links to material elsewhere and did not host any files. ICE has stated that it intends to pursue websites even if their only connection to the USA is a .com or .net web domain.
    END

My many Uploaders on my site (in my Profile for more updates and info) are using some of these below. They have investigated all and consider them safe and the affiliations good

    MEMBERS

I don't think you understood the question.

In reply to OP, if you have premium with almost any host your files won't be deleted due to inactivity.

What a pathetic little man you are, PerMaFrOsT I wonder if you have the brain to prepare the updates I report every day and not only that but the time that I spend doing them

Listen Motormouth, it has only just closed for maintenance

    (CLOSED for "Maintenance")

    Nicht verf?gbar

Wir bedauern Ihnen mitzuteilen, dass wir unsere Dienste vollst?ndig einstellen.

They are updating and changing their site! NOT CLOSED. But of course I wouldnt expect someone of your little brain to be able to speak German and the other 4 languages that I speak well.

and if you want to see how many more languages I speak somewhat, visit my site, my uploaders are international and I have to translate every day for them

    VAYA con el Diablo

    ALLER avec le diable.

    GEHEN Sie mit dem Teufel

    VAI con il diavolo

GO مع الشيطان (Arabic has to be written backwards)

I have lived and worked in many countries, hence the languages

    OOPs you dropped something;
