i just mistakenly deleted all files in c://Programme files/Internet Explorer

now i cant able to uninstall it , and when i try to reinstall it, it says already this version is available

so anybody give me solution (or) please give me files for c://Programme files/Internet Explorer i will replace them again,,

iam using Windows 7 32bit OS

i tried to uninstall it via updates installed tab in control panel

i did it but after restarting ,it says failed to update windows & it will refix the update
