First of all just click on "balance" on your account and see how much available for with drawal. If the amount of money you already earned is active not being hold on your account. On the same section click on "make request" (on the left bottom).

kaizer01, that's a really funny question I don't think anyone would want to pay a 1-year-premium account in this circumstances.

You can use filestube to search for files on turbobit.

They good,because they not blocking accounts if you have DMCA abuses(only files would be deleting), even if you have too much dmca.Probably becase it's russian filehosting and they don't care about dmca shit.And yes - they have PayPal Premium.
But 45 day paypal hold is too long.
