Both uTorrent and Bitcomet have command line options. Don't know what exactly you can do with it though.

i want like this

step1 : i will open cmd
step2 : i will give torrent download link into cmd
step3 : it should start download into cmd only (no external gui)
step4 : once download finish cmd close automatically

Utorrent would not accomplish the above goal..
Through utorrent we can add torrent from cmd but it open the utorrent gui ...

if you can make this paid or free let me know
