Because it pointless to get a paid for VPS and seed for public trackers
+ and this is my concern, it waaay to risky for us ! and hence we cant tolerate it, not even downloading a SINGLE file from public trackers *real sorry*

well its a VPS account so i didnt mention number of torrents, just so that you know, but again we need to provide a good balance amongest customers,
a customer asked me a while if he can run 100 torrents concurrently, i said no that might be too high

on THIS server, for normal use, it should be ok, i would say YES there is NO restriction on bandwidth PERIOD ! never got issue with bandwidth ever..
but also you may not use like 500-1000 GB / day thats too much !
