Wink Lost your money to a file host? Get it back.

Ok, so you recently just renewed or purchased a new account with one of the now defunct filehosts, shit. You just lost your money, right? Wrong. You are entitled to claim your money back, as per paypal terms and conditions.

You purchased for example, a Filesonic 12 month account, with "X" capability. Soon as they change that "X" changes to a "Y" the product no longer becomes what you first purchased, leading to enough reason to open up a claim with PayPal and demand a refund.

When you open up a claim, the filehost have the chance to correct their problem, but as we all know they wont, they are left with little choice but to refund you your money, if they dont, PayPal will review the case, and if PayPal are going to be reviewing literally tens and thousands of disputes something tells me the odds are not stacked in the filehosts favour.

Try it, it costs nothing, you loose nothing, and you could get your money back. Because thats what I just did

filesonic as any else company if you have any prove your statics just make open disputes
    for alertpay:
Unfortunately not all websites out there are honest to their members and there is nothing worse than realizing that after investing or spending our money on the site.
But if such investment/spend was made through AlertPay, we have the opportunity to try to recover it by starting a dispute following instructions in this guide.

Instructions in this guide to start disputes in AlertPay can be used to recover money invested in HYIP/Autosurf websites, GPT (Get Paid To) or Any Other Unsuccessful Purchase of service/product through this payment processor.
WHAT TO DO TO START A DISPUTE

To start the dispute you have to get in touch with AlertPay executives through a well structured email, written in English.

    • Do not use CAPS in the message to AlertPay's executives.
    • Do not demand, ask.
    • Do not expect AlertPay pay your earnings, as most they will return your investment.

Remember that the guilt of having lost money is not AlertPay. Also anyone who invested only time, unfortunately, can not initiate disputes, since AlertPay has nothing to do with that.

PRIOR STEPS TO OPEN A DISPUTE

AlertPay handles a clear and precise policy for Disputes, they require to follow several steps before starting a dispute:

    1. Verify that the deadlines for payment given in the website Terms of Service have actually expired.
    2. Try to contact the website admin by all means available on the site (ticket system, contact form, forum, etc).
    3. If after these two steps the situation remains the same and if your payment to the website was made within 30 days, the dispute may be started.

WHERE TO FIND THE DISPUTES SECTION ON ALERTPAY

To find the disputes section within the AlertPay site simply follow the instructions:

    1. Login to your AlertPay account
    2. Click on "Help"

    3. Click on "Submit a Ticket"
    4. On the "Select Department" section choose "Security/File a Report" option and then click "Next"
    5. Now on the new page under "General Information" section type your name (if you are the account holder) and the email address for reply (email address must be the same as registered in your AlertPay account).
    6. On the "Security/File Report" section, select "User Agreement Violation" as "Topic", while in "Website URL" write the address of the website that has not fulfilled its part of the deal.
    7. On "Message Details" section, in "Subject", write something like "SCAM", or "I was Scammed", or any other variable of this type.
    8. In the message body you have to write a general overview of your problem in English and don't forget to include your payment transactions (You can find this in your transaction activity).
    9. Under "Verify Submission" section enter the text in textbox you see in the image at the right of the textbox.

    10. Click on "Submit".

You can ony claim your money back as a premium user. Not as an affiliate. So, give up thinking about getting money back.

Also I would not want any financial institute knowing that im involved in piracy ( not that i am of coarse ).

Safest bet is to leave well alone, no doubt the few $$'s you are trying to reclaim you have made 10x over anyway

CASH WHORES plain and simple, try the "big issue" its a big seller here in the UK

    Cheers
