i paid once with my unverified Paypal account..and it was accepted,,depends to the host company itself,,ask them !

katzglobal.com cares about your privacy, so I'm guessing (but you'll have to check) that an unverified account will be fine. They also allow the option to pay via cash

You can simply ask the company. I don't think so it would be a big issue.

Depends on the company. Some have strict fraud testing in place. I would say no in general but some companies are willing to take the risk.
