Filehosts located Netherlands & other countries ?

I would like to share with you all uploaders (cashwhore mostly) a list with filehosts that have their servers located in Netherlands or somewhere else but USA or UK.
I DO NOT know the laws of all the countries but I believe that FBI can't shut down the servers in every country, especially the Russian servers, if they even try to arrest 1 person in Russia you can expect WW3 :-) That being said, here is the list:
