netload works fine, also affiliate program.

They are the worst filehost if you consider their filtering of download counts. You will never be able to make much with them. Your download counts will always keep you on an average stage of earning with Netload.

On topic of scam, the persistence of keeping your income at a similar level(always) can actually given the name of scam for NL.

Just because you can't generate the premium downloads from NL users doesn't mean that they are filtering the downloads.
