It really isn't hard man, just takes a bit of reading and some trial and error. Fuck spending a few hundred quid on a setup.

Well, if you want to start a tube.. here's what i would do:

- get hosting and a brandable/memorable domain
- use wordpress with a decent tube-theme (there's one for free, can't remember the name)
- select a niche thats not too big and not too small
- find a sponsor in that niche who has loads of vids for you to embed

at the same time remember that you probably will make the most money by selling dating and cams, so you should also shop around for a dating/cam sponsor in your niche.

- Heavily tweak your site regarding simplicity and browsing experience.

I have setup various adult projects for clients in the past and it's not difficult:

Webcam Performer Sites:

• Find top quality models, which is not hard with the current economy.
• Acquire web script
• Become 100% 18 USC 2252 complaint, or face delays with your business / being shutdown.
• Find appropriate hosting, such as a virtual private server or dedicated server.
• Find an adult payment provider
• Negotiate an affiliate program with non-video (graphics) adult sites where they run your ads.

For "tube" style sites, I haven't done them and I've seen many web applications available.
