i am going to install data life engine but i want to know the best charset for dle

uft8
windows-1251
cp1251

i was using utf8 on my other website but when i receive articles for validation some of them were incomplete then i change my encoding to cp1251 problem was solved but there were � characters instead of - or _

windows-1251 - cp1251 is good for those who use Cyrillic, in other cases the best choice is utf-8.
