Default A Message to all Uploaders

I have seen a LOT of threads of people literally CRYING over filehosts.

Yes, Megaupload went down. Big news.

One of the reason why Megaupload went down was simply because they has servers in the US and they had to abide by US laws. They were found to be breaking copyright laws, so they were taken down. nuff said.

The thing is, many of you (uploaders) didn't even use Megaupload. Maybe you use it to backup your files. Maybe you didn't even use it at all. Or maybe you were the few that actually used Megaupload to store your legit files.

    Now comes the current issue....

Earlier today, a few filehosts decided to get rid of their reward systems. A lot of the other filehosts have done this in the past (ex. MU, RS, HF, etc.) and so will other in the near future. Some hosts have even started mass termination of accounts that contain illegal (copyright) files. Some have even gone to the extreme by blocking the US from accessing their site.

Now I know it sucks. But some of you made have had some "earnings" on these filehosts. Who knows. Maybe you are a legit person and shared your own files (non-copyright files) with your friends or whatever. HOWEVER, most of you have uploaded illegal (copyright protected) files. AND, according to the TOS to ANY filehost, you are grounds for termination of your account, earnings, etc.

    Also, according to some filehosts...

"We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit and/or delete any Content, documents, information or other material appearing on the Site."

... that simply means. They have the right to get rid of their reward system, at any time, even without notifying its members. And you (uploaders) agreed to that rule when you first signed up for its service.

If the filehosts wanted to, they could gather your information and throw you under the bus, and YOU will be in the court room saying "Why oh why did I upload that copyright protected file, just to earn a few pennies".

The filehosts are offering a service. Some of these services want(ed) you to use their service so they offered things such as points or money as a reward.

Pirates decided to use this to their advantage and racked in 100's and 1000's of dollars, if you don't believe me take a look at some of the idiots that post their earnings just to brag about it.

I for one believe the filehosts themselves should NOT be punished for they are just offering a service of online storage, a service which some people used for legit purposes. The real criminals here are the uploaders who decide on using filehosts just to earn money. Keep that in mind before you upload your next file.

Please no bitching or moaning. Keep it civil. Stay on topic. I do not want this thread closed.
This thread is meant to be informative to you.

MU is popular because it is old and initially it promoted by reward system, but at that time people doesn't have another stable filehosts so people stick to it, but now situation is changed..

Ul.to is there, which stops USA so it is 100% safe from banning, because it's target is EU and it's servers are fully in EU.

ul.to know what they are doing, they are not like coward fileserve.

Filehosts are not little angels. They know very well what kind of files are uploaded on their servers day by day. Actually, I'm pretty sure they integrate revenues from "warez" in their business plans. Without Warez, MU or RS would not be as big and famous as they are today.

This being said, everybody knows what they are getting into when uploading warez for cash. So don't waste your time on forums saying: "They have to pay us" or "I have the right to get my $20", etc. This is a "cash and run" business. A smart filehost will try to get as much $$ as they can and quit while they still can. Those dudes from MU got too greedy, now they are facing jail time. Willy from WU was smart, he left this biz in time, kept a good reputation by paying everybody and I'm pretty sure he made a nice amount of $$ with WU.

Bottom Line Is everyone knows what is going on now and If you don't maybe you should turn your fucking bots off and read at a few of the sites you spam. Get your money now and stop posting. Yes its painful for me too. But we should not see people complaining on the forums they didn't get paid.Look at all the deletions on many file hosts like filesonic. They are not going to post a message they are having problems. They are gonna milk every dollar they can get till it stops so if you keep posting your only hurting yourself. Look for a file host in Russia or off shore This should keep you with a few dollars until something new comes up.You can still share amateur videos and pictures sets keep things simple for a while and let the smoke clear. I made 1 of my forums by invitation only and you must be a paid member to view. I threw in some good password sites and a VIP area you may have to rely on being more crafty and offering your members good stuff in exchange for cash to see.I shut down 3 of my forums they were filled with bots anyways and I only had them to give people a place to post and make money without all the bullshit rules I am no different then my posters I was in it for the money that is all. I could give a shit about porn be more creative with your forums.
