Oh shit, I just googled and it seems that you can't send money outside of India. I guess your only options here are:

-Get a friend of yours to send me the cash to AP/PP.
-Make your brother send it via WU from his country.
-You send it directly to my bank, you can send money outside of India via bank, or can't you?

India doesn't allow WU to go out of country, only in. I had an issue with this a long time ago. Tooth what type of money do you currently have? E-money.
