JustCDkeys.comA banner next to the logo will do, most of the people who visit this forums are already aware of SOPA.

i would like to see an Anti Sopa Sticker/Text/logo beside KWWHunctions logo as we get to see in AS. KWWHunction may not entertain warez but remember the starting point, the got publicity from the Katz Admin-Pannel (Indirectly from Warez community)

Websites like Wikipedia and Google blacked out their site to raise awareness of the public. KWWHunction visitors are mostly webmasters who are already aware of SOPA/PIPA. Its futile to shut it down.

scenator.comWebsites aren't going black just to spread awareness - the news does that. They are going black because they are against SOPA. We are aware of SOPA, but we still want to stop it. Saying it's futile to shut down is like saying Occupy Movement is useless.
Do you think that everyone who strikes (on any concern) is unaware of the situation that their striking about? Of course not, they are striking because the are against the situation.

most of you obviously don't understand how serious situation is, and how serious measures people are taking. Google is worth billions, and yet, they've taken down their page. Futile will be if bills pass the congress, taking down website for one day, won't harm KWWH at all.
However, it is not necessary to take down website, just show a banner that you don't support SOPA/PIPA. Easy.

CuraShare.Net CuraShare.Me CuraShare.InfoFirst of all, don't you think this is too late?? We've had threads discussing SOPA/PIPA and the strike for over a week (link - link). You can't expect someone to take action on the day itself, it's simply too late now.
I honesty believe the KWWH shouldn't go down. KWWH serves as a communication platform for webmasters etc. It is essential to have a website like this which can help webmasters during this strike, or inform people about the strike.
However, I already said earlier that I would appreciate it if KWWH had put up a CENSORED banner, with a link to a thread with information about the STRIKE.

scenator.comSmaller sites such as KWWHunction, warez sites, etc shouldn't go down because it's just not effective enough since the average citizen does not visit them, but websites like Facebook, twitter, google, reddit, wikipedia should go down because they have the useful traffic needed to fight the bill.
It's not about spreading awareness - the news does that for us.
