Idea for people without a credit card bank account

Here is a idea for people who do not have a bank account or a credit card get a visa gift card or a prepaid credit card then load it with like $100 then you can buy anything you want online. I recommend getting a Visa gift card every few months there are no fees & you can not use them at ATMS. If your under 18 you can only get visa gift cards & plz do not ask me about how to do this in other countries I am in USA
