Decoding files?

Since KWWH is dissalowing uploading threads, hacking threads, autobots threads .... how is decoding different?

The files are encoded for a reason.

My suggestion is to dissalow these threads too.

I saw a thread few weeks ago regarding decoding ioncube encoded file where some staff member closed it with a reason of illegal/cracking activity
I had reported similar threads after that but no action was taken

If this isn't a rule already then i agree with op
