Here in KWWH we have i guess 3 hosting providers who can ignore any DMCA ad really they are all reputed , so you can try anyone of them .

There is no much providers that would let you host UGG replica sites. They are known for DDoSing such sites, getting them listed at SpamHaus and reporting to PayPal. No reputable provider would want to host that for sake of other customers and network/business stability.
