How to make a warez site

I want to make a warez site, in which im going to upload to filejungle and filesonic movies, series and games, but the problem is that i dont know much about web pages, how to create them and my question is if someone could help me recommending me a good hosting(i want to buy a host per 1 month so i could practice and learn more about webs and when i know the necessary i will buy a domain and a better host per 1 year)

according to his post i guess a wp blog
u can crease a wp blog easily just buy a shared host that has cpanel and then install it automatically on your free domain or if u bought 1 as cpanel has softculous that can install wp there are alot of tutorials i think u should searxh for them and read about what to do
