Google.de is not opening

hey I have never seen any thing like this.
In my Elder bro's computer google.de is not opening.
In his company all the computers are connected with same internet, in other systems google.de is opening but not in his system.
Google.com, .co.in, .fr, etc are opening but google.de is not opeing.
He try to do following things but all were failed.
1. Cleared everything(caches, history, etc)
2. Flush dns
3. changed dns
4. system restart
5. Tune the system.


in every computer windows 7 is installed.

Anyone know what should be the problem here?

use google dns.

Google is default dns of his system.
Its not working so he changed to open dns and still doesn't work.

At least read the OP before posting to increase your count. He already said its opening in other PC's, except one PC.

tell him to try via an vpn/proxy .. if it opens that means there is a prob with some application which seems to block it like malwarebytes blocks many website even tho they are safe
