Showing error on Admin Page

Hello,

I've installed AskApache Password Protect and done the setup but after that all I got is

Welcome to 404 error page!

This is probably our fault... but instead of showing you the basic '404 Error' page that is confusing and doesn't really explain anything, we've created this page to explain what went wrong.

I've also removed that plugin from cPanel but still getting this error.
Please help me to fix this.

You probably need to change your permalink-structure or update the .htaccess file. First make the .htaccess file writable (666) and then navigate to dashboard > settings > permalinks. Pick your favourite permalink structure and click save changes. Now it should work. Don't forget to chmod the htaccess file back to 644.

I've made it writable (666) but I still cannot acess in my Admin Panel to change permalinks. :/ Any solution?
