thanks is this just for centos or rh linux?

it should work on CentOS 5/6 and Redhat too

what about debian?

SolusVM doesn't support Debain atm
if you have enough linux knowledge you don't need to use SolusVM panel to manage VPS. you can use VirtManager with VNC access to configure VPSes (Its FREE) and/or command lines to deal with OpenVZ VPSe (vzlist, vzctl, etc...)
