do they accept english movies/games or only polish files

they do accept both anyway you must provide polish language while describing a post

besides, every polish forum requires replying in existing threads, you can't start the other one with the same movie

on exsite you can create a single news but only if upload you want to post isn't there yet or if you have another release. besides, you can post your uploads in comments with [hide] tags

You are not banned but due to increasing number of spam they require to approve first 20 posts in Download section by a moderator, which not always is so easy.

After that, you are fully allowed to post wherever and whatever you want (according to the rules of course).
